At Santa Fe Artist Getaway/B.Todd.Arts, LLC, the health and safety of our participants, contracted teaching artists, and staff are paramount. We require all members of our community to take shared responsibility for a healthy workshop environment.

• Illness and Attendance: All participants are required to actively monitor their health. If you are experiencing any symptoms of a communicable illness (including fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.), or if you have tested positive for a highly contagious disease (like COVID-19 or flu), you must not attend the workshop and will be asked to leave. Please contact us immediately to discuss your specific situation and next steps.

• Health Recommendations: We highly recommend that all workshop participants and teaching artists follow current public health guidelines, including practicing good hand hygiene and staying current on relevant vaccinations and boosters (e.g., COVID-19, Flu).

• Policy Guidance: We monitor and follow relevant guidelines, risk assessments, and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the State of New Mexico Health Department to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
