Great learning experience!” — Doris “I have taken from state- and worldwide renowned artists. I really felt that Dianna spent more time encouraging and boosting my confidence in my artwork than any others have. I can’t wait to take a workshop from her again! — Jennifer “This workshop far exceeded my expectations! I was not able to sleep after finishing the first day - I was too excited and inspired! I just wanted to go back and learn more!” - Leila Dianna Fritzler Dianna's journey into creating vibrant florals, intricate abstract and vivacious landscapes was both circuitous and synergistic. At an altitude of 7,500 feet, Dianna was propelled into the world of black & white photography while studying Journalism at the University of Wyoming. Watching images “magically” appear in the dark room was like opening gifts on Christmas morning. Thus began her love of art. After graduating and then working in the PR/Advertising world in Denver, she sold everything and backpacked around the world to explore art and architecture. It was now official - art and Fritzler were officially dating. In 2000, she moved with her family near the towering red rocks of the National Monument in Grand Junction and began painting. By 2003, her “exuberant paintings” were in multiple galleries from Santa Fe to Steamboat Springs. Dianna’s work is collected internationally and is in the private collections of Children’s Hospital Colorado, St. Mary’s Hospital, Colorado Mesa University and Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado. She leads workshops across the country where she is happy share her knowledge and challenge students in a fun and nurturing environment. Her biggest honor is to spread joy through her art and workshops.
