Service Description

Artist Writing Coaching -- $400 Description: Create a compelling artist statement and biography that is unique to you as an artist and authentically connects with your audience. Includes: • Toolkit: Your free-writing assignment. You’ll dig deep into the why and how you create. This is where the good stuff lies, and together we’ll uncover it and put YOU into words. • Two 45-minute Zoom sessions • Writing & Editing You’ll leave with: • Artist Statement – 250-500 words • Artist Biography – 250 to 500 words • Curriculum Vita • 1-2 pages of copy to cut and paste into web site, promotional material, etc. Please allow two weeks from start to finish to work through the process. When you book this service a calendar will pop open and you may select your preferred date for the 1st Zoom session. Bev will follow up to confirm availability and will provide your Toolkit (homework). Bev has mastered the power of the written and spoken word, with a corporate background in writing, editing and communications. She has written for magazines, served as a national spokesperson, appeared on newscasts, hosted radio, and spoken on the stage in front of thousands. Bev holds degrees in journalism/communications from the University of Nebraska.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the tab More>Your Health & Wellness Policy COVID VACCINATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect the health of every participant Payment and Refund Policy • Enrollment is only guaranteed with registration and full payment • We use PayPal and QuickBooks for your online payment and refunds. Keeping your financial information secure is absolutely our top priority. Please contact us if you prefer to pay by check or money order • A minimum of 10 students is required per workshop. If the minimum is not met 30 days before the start date, the workshop may be cancelled. Students will be notified via email. A full refund will be issued. It is recommended that student not make non-refundable travel or lodging arrangement prior to 30 days • If Santa Fe Artists Getaway cancels the workshop for any reason, students shall receive a full refund • Student cancellations must be submitted in writing, and received by btoddarts@gmail.com • Cancellations made 31 days before the first day of class receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee • Any cancellations made 30 days or less in advance of the first day will receive no refund, unless there is a wait list and another student takes that place; then the student shall receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee • No refund, credits or transfers will be applied on or after the workshop start date • No refund, credit or make-up will be offered for missed days • A $100 fee will be charged on all returned checks
