Cancellation Policy: 
No penalty if written notice received 61 days in advance, less $500 processing / cancellation fee.
Cancellation received 60 days or less assessed $1,500 processing / cancellation fee.
No refund if cancelled 30 days or less. 
 
Trip insurance recommended to cover cancellation fees. 
Indemnity insurance recommended to cover potential damage to studio & property.
